ABSTRACT:

The main proposals and conclusions of the Research are analyzed which about to educate the intellectual students and to create the healthy atmosphere in Higher Educational Institutions. The Results of the Research work is useful for carrying out seminar-training and create syllabus and using practice in the Higher Educational Institutions.
