ABSTRACT:

The active, innovative, creative, effective, and fun learning applications (PAIKEM) learning model comes from the concept that learning should be child-centered and should be fun therefore students are motivated to continue learning on their own without orders and also students do not feel burdened or afraid. For this reason, the pleasurable learning part becomes one of the important aspects of learning. Especially in science learning activities where teachers still use conventional methods, whereas the material in science learning is very interesting to learn when using fun learning. PAIKEM is one of the fun learning methods, besides motivating students to explore, create, and experiment is the goal of PAIKEM learning. This is to support students develop higher-order thinking skills, critical thinking, and creative thinking.
