ABSTRACT:
The work is carried out due to the need for improvements in the subjects of a second language, such as English, in the study center where the research has been carried out. For such purposes, an application and validation of the methodology that has been proposed in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as a mediating instrument in the teaching and learning of a non-native language has been proposed, to encourage students through the technology to engage students in the interest of learning a second language and a change in teachers in innovating their teaching practices taking advantage of the resources they have in the school. This research aims to describe the knowledge developed by the director of the study from the approach of the problem to the creation of a utility that can positively satisfy the complications through methodological executions, statistical analysis, theoretical investigations, conclusions, recommendations, among others, proposed by the research developer.
