ABSTRACT:
The research here will examine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and career development on employee performance. This study is a literature review study of 37 articles. The results show thatWork motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on career development. Work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
