ABSTRACT:
The research here will examine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and career development on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of UPT Puskesmas Tembuku I as many as 51 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, the entire population is used as a sample. The analytical technique used is a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling/SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS).Work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect oncareer development. Work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
