The Effect of Visualization Exercise through Video Media on Increasing Basketball Free Throw Shooting

ABSTRACT:

This study aims to determine the effect of visualization exercises through video media on the increase in basketball free-throw shooting. This type of research is a pseudo-experimental study with the design of "The One Group Pretest Posttest Design". The population in this study was a 24-person male basketball extracurricular participant who was taken with a total sampling technique. The instrument used is a free throw shot test. The analysis of the data used a 5% significance test. Research results show a significant effect of visualization exercise over video media on the increase in basketball free throw shooting, with a count value of 9.859 ± t table of 2.069, and a significance value of 0.000 ± 0.05.
